How we work — please read before applying
We are 100% remote. To make this work fairly for everyone, we follow a small set of clear policies. Applying to any role means you've read and accepted these.
Webcam monitoring during work hours
We are a fully remote-first team. During your active work hours, your webcam must remain on and connected to our team workspace. This keeps things transparent, async-friendly, and helps us build trust across a distributed team. Cameras are off outside work hours — always.
Refundable security deposit
All hires (full-time and contract) submit a refundable security deposit before onboarding. The full amount is returned to you when you exit the company as per policy. The deposit exists only to keep both sides serious and committed.
Contracted roles — fixed term
If you sign a contract for a fixed duration, you cannot leave before the contract ends. Early exit results in forfeiture of the security deposit and any pending payouts, unless mutually agreed in writing.
Non-contracted roles — 7 day notice
For non-contracted full-time / part-time hires, you must inform us at least 7 days in advance before leaving so we can hand over your work cleanly.
Unpaid interns — 24 hour notice
Unpaid interns are free to leave whenever they want. We only ask for 24 hours of prior notice so we can wrap up your handover.
