Fees & booking
All programs are paid. Request a written quote for fees, session count, group size and inclusions. A booking is confirmed only after the schedule and payment terms are agreed in writing.
Online & offline arrangements
Online learners need a suitable device and reliable internet. For offline sessions, venue, supervision, equipment, travel and any additional charges must be agreed before booking. Offline availability depends on location and scheduling.
Children & consent
A parent or guardian must approve a child's enrolment. Schools must arrange required permissions and adult supervision. Learners should not share private information with AI tools; age restrictions of any third-party tools apply.
Changes, cancellations & refunds
Rescheduling, cancellation and refund conditions will be provided with the written quote and must be accepted before payment. If a session cannot proceed, available alternatives will be discussed with the booking parent or school.
Scope & learning outcomes
Content is adapted to age, experience and the agreed program. Paid third-party tools, recordings, certificates and extra mentoring are included only if explicitly stated in the quote. No academic score, admission or employment outcome is guaranteed.
Privacy & recordings
Enquiry details are used to respond and arrange the program in accordance with our privacy policy. Photo, video or session recording permissions must be agreed separately with the parent or school before recording or publication.
